To ‘Get North East business talking’ we encouraged networking amongst SMEs by offering a series of ‘money can’t buy’ prestigious, fun and entertaining events to businesses who signed up to Vodafone. The offer was promoted via direct mail, online, by email, through telesales and SMS. We created a bespoke CRM system to allow real time data updating and retrieval to facilitate fast and efficient sign up.
