Literally stopping on the tracks (the railway tracks, that is) is the new look Grand Central train. We’ve devised a new corporate identity for the home-grown rail operator, which has been adopted across all areas of its business.
Billed as ‘Railway the Right Way’ the new integrated approach reflects the company’s ethos of offering passengers a service that rivals the bygone golden age of rail travel.
The new corporate identity has an art deco look and feel about it and harks back to days gone by when travel was something to be enjoyed not endured – which is what Grand Central is all about.
One of the key things about Grand Central is the quality of experience they offer their passengers. Everything from extra leg room, comfortable seats, no reservations fees, simple transparent pricing to the more quirky touches like board games at each table and free tea and coffee.
The new look, which was launched to co-incide with Grand Central announcing a fourth daily service to London, has already proved to be a success with increased volumes of passengers enjoying the service and using the route .
