Another Passionate Award Win

We’re on a bit of a roll at the moment when it comes to awards.

At this year’s Northern Marketing Awards we took home the gong for the Most Effective Use of Digital Media for our Middlesbrough FC Campaign – ‘I know you still have the passion.’ This was an online viral campaign which connected with and tapped into the passion of Middlesbrough FC fans. 

Achieving triumphant results for the Football Club such as increased ticket sales and helping to raise the profile of the club generally – the success of ‘I know you still have the passion’ has also helped generate PR for the club on a national and international level.

Tim Allison, Account Manager for Middlesbrough FC said: “We wanted to build a campaign which would boost morale amongst both supporters and players as well as the management, so it’s brilliant that this campaign has been recognised by a variety of peers.”

Middlesbrough FC form an integral part of our portfolio of clients in the sports arena which also includes Scottish Rugby Union, Newcastle Falcons and The Newcastle Eagles.

The team behind this year’s Northern Marketing Award was Steve Carroll, Michael Wright, Gary Jobe, Tim Allison and Jez Nickalls.
