Bella - our van load of passion - hits the road

Meet Bella, an iconic VW campervan who is hitting the road this summer to bring a taste of the great outdoors to city centres, festivals and events all over the South West of England. This ‘van load of passion’ was conceived in response to a brief by the National Trust in the South West to find an interactive way to reconnect the British Public with the great outdoors.
Working in partnership with the National Trust and Engagexm, based in Bristol, we transformed Bella – a 40 year old VW van – into a sensory experience of the outdoors, with smells and sounds of the countryside, nature-themed feely-boxes and even a virtual bike ride! Bella’s also got her own Facebook page so people can keep track of her whereabouts, share their experiences of the great outdoors and enter some great competitions. She’s a pretty eye-catching lady so if you’re down in the South West this summer keep a look out for her!
