Paranoid?
Okay, call us paranoid (or geeks), but there's something rather odd about this CERN experiment.
Allegedly it's all about discovery and new scientific advances, but there could be more sinister motives at the heart of the project.

On another bizarre note, one of the CERN scientists, a Dr Brian Cox, used to play keyboards in 90s pop group D:Ream. To quote his Wikipedia entry ‘By the time D:Ream disbanded in 1997 Cox had earned a first class honours degree in physics from the University of Manchester, where he was later awarded a PhD in high energy particle physics’. Well, it’s not rocket science…
