8 candidates in 8 minutes
The recent US Democratic elections represent one of the highest profile election processes of all time. The process seemed to go on forever, with eight candidates fighting a lengthy multimedia battle in order to secure the nomination for their party. Each candidate would try to out-do each other with muck-raking PR slurs, propagandist TV ads and assaults on new media channels such as Youtube, MySpace and Facebook.
